Our ministry leaders work diligently to ensure that ministry offerings are focused on your child’s stage and we group them accordingly.
Whether two years old or fourth grade, we believe that opportunities for worship, discipleship, fellowship and fun help to build foundations of faith into the lives of children no matter their age.
Our core values provide boundaries and direction for our ministry as we look to God’s Word, families, and ministry volunteers to help build foundations of faith into the lives of children in every stage if their life.
Sunday Morning
Life Group and Worship
Life group classes are for newborns through 5th grade. Preschool children are divided by development age while school aged children are grouped by grade. Each class incorporates a Bible story, crafts and activities that are appropriate for their stage and allows them the opportunity to build relationships with peers and caring volunteers.
Kid’s Kingdom is a preschool worship experience designed for 4yo, 5yo and Kindergarten children.
Kids Town is a children’s worship experience designed for 1,2 and 3rd grade children.
Kid’s Choir
EPIC WORSHIP
EPIC Worship is our children’s music program. Children are learning how to express their love toward God through music and singing. EPIC Worship is an amazing time on Wednesday nights for kids at KFBC in grades PK – 5th grade. In the fall and winter EPIC Worship occasionally sings on Sunday mornings. In the spring they present a musical for all members of the church and their families.
Preschool EPIC Choir (ages 3-4) meets on Wednesdays from 5:45-6:30pm.

Mothers of Preschoolers
MOPS
MOPS is an interactive program for mothers of kids birth – PreK. MOPS meets the 1st and 3rd Wednesdays of the month during the school year from 9:00 – 11:30am. Cost is $65 per year and childcare is provided.

Have fun / Play
Indoor Playground
The indoor playground is for use by our church family and is open to the community during the playground hours listed below. There is absolutely NO food or drinks allowed on the playground, including water.

Special seasonal playground hours will be posted as needed and ALL hours are subject to change.

Child Dedication
Once a quarter the church sets aside a special time in the worship services to dedicate children and their parents. The parents receive a special certificate and New Testament for their child during the service and our pastor prays a special prayer for the families.

MDO
Mother’s Day Out
KFBC does offer a full Mother’s Day Out Program. The fall / spring session is Monday and Thursday from 9:30-2:30. The summer session is Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30 – 2:30. Please click “Learn More” below to read more and print any necessary forms.
