Baptist Mission Centers
For over 45 years, the Baptist Mission Centers have worked to transform the lives of people living in Houston's inner city and the people who come here to serve them. Baptist Mission Centers serve impoverished communities in the inner city of Houston, TX by providing for the physical and spiritual needs of people. Ministries include: Food and Clothing Distribution, Kids' Clubs, Preteen, Teen Clubs, Christian Women's Job Corps, Senior Adult Ministry, E.S.L. Classes and more!

Youth Reach
Youth-Reach Houston operates a series of Christian foster group homes in northeast Houston designed to remold the values and turn around the lives of at-risk youth, ages 12 to 21. Youth-Reach Houston is committed to addressing the mental, physical, and spiritual needs of this generation’s hurting young people. It is an effort to reach and teach homeless, damaged, and troubled young men skills that will enable them to be successful in today’s society.

Substance Abuse Chaplaincy
KFBC member Milt May serves as a chaplain in the Harris County Substance Abuse Rehabilitation Center in Atascocita. He is responsible for developing the mostly non-existent spiritual lives of 220-240 men of all ages. On Sundays, he manages 5 chapel services in 3 different locations. He teaches numerous Bible studies throughout the week and frequently counsels the men individually.
Athletes in Action
Athletes in Action is a ministry of Campus Crusade for Christ International, one of the world’s largest non-profit, interdenominational organizations. "Our mission is to build a spiritual movement everywhere through the platform of sports," They do that with traveling teams, sports camps, clinics and corporate retreats, all with a spiritual dimension. KFBC’s own Bryan Dobkins has a full time position with Athletes in Action.

Mission Northeast
a Christ-based outreach ministry provided to the community providing clientele with food, education, financial and health assistance necessary for their personal situations. The Mission, as it is called, presents the Gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ to all clientele both in word and deed.

Harkins House
Harkins House is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization that endeavors to be a safe place for young women facing unplanned pregnancies. This home is challenged to be an alternative to abortion. They make every effort to meet the physical, emotional and spiritual needs of young women.
